Very nice and modern, the staff are SUPER friendly, rooms are lovely and the food here is superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!! This shouldn't be rated AA three stars it should be rated 4!
Clean and friendly hotel about a mile from Kidderminster town centre. Although the have functions/wedding parties, I only stayed a couple of nights, so can't comment on them. Good free parking, and had a lovely cooked breakfast, with alternative of cereals, fruit etc.
We had a lovely stay at this hotel, lovely nice warm room's, just what you need after coming back from a day out in the cold in this weather. Comfortable night sleep, and the breakfast is amazing. Staff are brilliant and always happy to help, atmosphere is very relaxed and hotel is clean. Never have been disaponted and will continue to keep coming to this hotel. Well done team Gainsborough house.
Received a gift voucher from our children for a two night bed and breakfast stay with dinner on the first night. Chose this place as we'd never been to the area before. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was great and the staff friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Jade and Paige who were lovely and a real asset to the hotel.
