As I woke to a layering of snow on the ground, it seemed only fitting to find a log fire to have a pre lunch pint in front of. This pub has a glorious fireplace which is continually stoked and warns all of you. The locals are friendly. My only complaint is that the drink prices are forever on the increase. Nice ales on tap though if that's your thing.

Great little pub right next to the Severn valley railway station. Always a good selection of ales and Cider. Recently started doing more food too. Haven't tried yet but will do soon.
