This is the worst place to go to altogether, discusting and rude staff. This place is not child friendly. Their menu does not cater for vegetarians or vegans, I wasnt given any gray with my meal as I had a carvery. The food is bland, vegetables tasted like they was warmed up and thrown on the plate. Staff took there time when bringing out the meals. Not a hygenic place as I heard a dog barking from in the kitchen. If I could give this place 0 ratings, I would.
Pleasant atmosphere and friendly service, food enjoyable, would go there again.
Friendly local pub within walking distance which is always nice. The food is only served till 7pm Monday to Saturday but the prices are reasonable. You can buy a bottle for less than 10. Richard, the landlord is a nice, chatty sort. Too many dogs in there for my liking but then I am allergic...there were 3 in there last night. We don't all like dogs.
We have always had lovely Sunday lunches, todays however was outstanding. Neither my husband or myself could have cooked better ourselves. It was as good as a Christmas Day meal. Well done Ben!
Great put and great gaffer. Oh he ain't a bad cook as well cheers rich for our beautiful steak meals when we come. Faultless.
