From the moment I instructed Nock Deighton, Kidderminster to sell my house, I did not regret it. Erica was friendly, professional and reassuring and then Coral took over as my main point of contact. She kept me informed and updated, I never had to chase her up and every phonecall I had with her (there were many) was a pleasure. Throughout the whole house buying process, the staff at Nock Deighton were the only people I dealt with who made me feel like they cared about me and my personal situation. They bent over backwards to see my sale through to completion and despite a few difficulties towards the end thanks to the chain I was in they took it on as their personal mission to make sure my house sold. Coral contacted me in her own time during the evenings to make sure I was kept in the loop and everything she said she would do, she did. An absolute credit to the company and to the industry. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again or recommending them to others. Couldn't have asked for more!
