Mark Jones have been exceptional whilst helping both me and my partner to find a new home. I contacted them with numerous different questions and each time I was answered promptly with a detailed reply to help us as much as they possibly could. I have been in contact with Emma and Stuart especially who have been amazing. Stuart got us a viewing on a property very quickly and Emma has been very friendly, attentive and helpful by answering any questions we have had and advising us on lots of different things. A very lovely lady who is keen to help and make it as easy as possible for viewers and applicants. The letting fees at Mark Jones are very reasonable, they aim to help their prospective tenants and they go above and beyond to help you with your property search and application. This is the first time we have been in contact with Mark Jones and although we don't yet rent a property through them, we have been incredibly impressed by the high level of service that we have received so far. We hope to rent through this agency soon. Overall a very friendly, trust-worthy and reliable company!

Friendly staff. Went above and beyond helping my family find our new place. Spent a lot of time with us listened to all our very specific (and very complicated!!) needs and just when we felt we weren't going to find anything, they managed to find us a lovely house in Stourport.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unprofessional crooks just out to make money from your inquiries. They have "nothing available" which should be evident by the absence of lettings on their amateur website. They don't return calls, lie about their properties, and will take your money and leave you hanging. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these idiots.
