Not even a 1 star for this bunch of cowboys Been in this property 5 years no fire alarms , Windows falling out , damp problems , faulty boiler , on and off heating , water dripping onto a LIVE socket from the cowboy landlords he took it over from and then I had to wait 8 months for John Andrews to even start the work . Still got loads of outstanding work and still NO FIRE alarms shocking . And I'm still paying my rent lol . Had to get environmental health in now so be very CAREFUL when you are renting off them I warn you to do all your own safety checks .
