We took both of our pups here, one is a rescue and quite timid. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. Helped us pick out everything we needed for them and made them feel at ease. Nice environment for all animals. Would highly recommended to anyone.
A great company, who think through the products that they stock in order to make sure that they are of high quality, ethically sourced and environmentally friendly! The company recycles nearly all of its waste, and uses green energy to run the stores. The staff are always friendly and on hand to help and give advice in any way they can.
Always have the best experience in this store. Customer service is amazing, constantly get the best advice for my pets. Wouldnt trust anyone else to tell me whats best nutritionally for my animals. Love the store, if only all pet shops were like this! Wouldnt dream of going elsewhere for pet advice.

Came into your store a little nervous after buying my new puppy spoke to a lady called Carolyn who i believe has two young Labradors and she was extremely helpful and i feel a little more confident bring my new puppy home and have everything i need for him.
