Kept clean and tidy which is always good. There us a wide range of products and the staff are always on hand to help you with any problems. The vets inside are not the best unfortunately, my mother in laws dog became very I'll and was kept in, we had to transport the dog to Oldbury every night and morning and the vets good not keep him in over night we then had to transport him back each morning at 7am. My mother in law is disabled and was unable to transport him herself so we had to as the vets refused.
