A must visit !! Wonderful place.I've been twice since it reopened. Had relatives visiting and they wanted a day out. They were all really impressed with how the "story" of the Bishop's Palace was delivered. Staff so informative .The museum great !Loved the collection of gypsy caravans , and much more We all enjoyed a light lunch in the fine modern cafe.

What an amazing place. Kept us occupied for about 5 hours. Brilliant displays with video footage of actors playing the part of one of the bishops, his wife and children Really brought the place to life. One of the nicest properties I have eve been to. Lovely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good cafe as well. Excellent value for money all round. I will definitely return.

Interestingly presented history from 1800s diary of a young girl, daughter of the resident Bishop of Worcester, Pepys. Filmed conversations between family members as you progress from room to room giving an insight into life at that time. Excellent grounds, some parts are dog friendly, but not all. Good for walking as well as touring the house. Guides are friendly and very well informed. A good few hours needed to do it justice, but worthwhile.

Found some of the exhibits interesting but didn't take very long to look around as it's not got a vast amount of exhibition pieces on display in the categories within this museum. Have been to similar museums within the country and have found this one very sparse in comparison. Cannot comment on the castle as it was not open at the time of my visit earlier this year.

Fabulous. Really interesting and very well done to keep the visitor engaged. The talking portraits and the story of Bishop Pepys and his family is a great way to enjoy the history and features at the castle. Lovely new cafe with lots of choice and plenty to see and learn from the County Museum. There is a lot for youngsters to enjoy too. Well worth the time and money.
