I carried out work for Richard Prescott Solicitors as a Psychotherapist for a medical negligence claim. I have never been paid, they owe me over 1,500. I took him to the small claims court, which he never attended. It then went to County Court, needless to say that he didn't attend there either. He has now got CCJ against his name. Think before you undertake any work on his behalf and please, if you need a solicitor, get a reputable one. He's nothing but a charlatan and swindler. He's a disgrace to his profession and ought to hang his head in shame.
I undertook work as a medical expert for this company who have since refused to pay. Be warned!
