Absolutely no redeeming qualities to speak of, Stay away from this organisation, poor service and really difficult to speak with a single point of contact. They dealt with my conveyance and added nothing but stress and anxiety, turning my property purchase into a nightmare. Still having repercussions 18 months later after thier poor service and shoddy work seems to be coming out into the light.
Inconceivably bad service, even when they cocked up my house purchase, they were not interested in resolving or keeping me as a customer, they are clearly used to losing customers from the indifferent attitude I experienced. Stay away as they cost more in the long run rectifying the mistakes they make.Been informed by the ombudsman they have now declared bankruptcy

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE BY MAGGIE REARDON!!Recommended to me by a colleague who now admits he has no idea of the quality of her work but is a friend of hers. Firstly, when dealing with my late husband's estate, she LOSES our original Marriage Certificate, then she has the audacity to tell me that she couldn't have lost it because she hadn't had it from me. However, when she took it from me, I distinctly remember telling her to 'look after it well' as I reluctantly handed it to her on our first meeting. My husband died of cancer at a young age which is harrowing enough without this happening. She said 'well you can get a copy!' NOT THE FLIPPING POINT MAGGIE!!! Nothing will replace the original certificate with original writing and signatures, on nice quality paper with a matching envelope. Copies are sent on plain, cheap copier paper. To this day, she denies taking it from me. Over the course of the time I have dealt with her, she has ignored phone calls and emails, broken promises, I presume that she has stopped working for me being as she just point blank refuses to return my contact attempts. Even after sending her a 'copied' marriage certificate and being asked if she's received it, she ignores me. I have never known such an unprofessional person and I wish to God that I had never trusted my business with her. She has no backbone and no expertise that I have witnessed. Avoid using her at all costs. How she is still trading I will never know. She has caused nothing but anguish and distress to me, having lied and fobbed me off, then to totally ignoring me. You would think that she would have treated a young widow with more compassion.
i would recommend that clients do not use this company. We had a case complete on the 11th December. It is now the 13th January and we still haven't received our fee. I have chased this on numerous occasions and keep getting fobbed off. Saying that only the chairman can sign the cheques. Is there the money in the clients account I wonder? I will be reporting them to the law society if I dont receive our fee within the next week.
