Dreadful. The number simply wont let you get through to anyone. Always being cut off, really irritating.

Called today to book a first appointment. I didn't hold much hope after the poor feedback. After waiting about 10 to 15 minutes my call was taken by a friendly lady. I said I wanted to book an appointment. The lady said there was none available today and I said that was fine, I don't need it today.She then said, you need to call back tomorrow to book an appointment. I asked, why I couldn't book one now and she said, we are booked up for 2 weeks and you need a call back from the doctor. I said, so I've been queuing on the phone for nothing and she said Yes, sorry. What an absolute shambles of a system...... there is nothing during the call to say that you cant book at any time. This should be made clear.No wonder there are bad reviews about this place.
Horrendous ..how can they call this a doctors surgery ? You almost never get to see your own doctor and end up seeing some locum who doesn't give two hoots ..disgusted such a good set of doctors have joined up and made such a mess ..I wouldn't rely on this surgery in an emergency anymore you have to fight to get seen. Its a battle to get seen and when you do go its empty !!! After 40+ years with this surgery I have decided to move to another I cant jeopardise my family's health with this joke of a doctors surgery.. So this is where our hard earned taxes are lining their pockets ..who need to see patients anymore ???
Diabolical and arrogant treatment of my husband who came straight from work after his colleagues were alarmed by how ill he looked. Having waited for the surgery to open, he was then told he had to wait for a doctor to ring him, in their own waiting area, which took an hour and a half, only to be told that he would have to wait until 12.30pm to see the same doctor as last week. I note from the live feed that the surgery is unusually quiet today. What a nonsense - blindly following government directives with no care for patients or common sense.
