I have moved to this practice recently, and both Doctors and nurses have been most professional. Query recently as I had unusual lesion on my arm, they sent me for a consultant review to rule out possible cancer of the skin. It turned out not to be cancer after biopsy. They dealt with this situation promptly.
I have a lot of visits to the doctors l find them very good also the nursing staff are brilliant but before you can get to those you have to get through reception interrogation you then get through and have to listen to a load of stuff then when you get to speak to some one they say sorry you have to ring on the day see if they have a appointment for you and that's after ringing for half hour or more trying to get through then they turn round and say sorry got nothing till end of week you can't win l think its disgusting
Just want to say a huge thank you to Dr Jenkins, Gill the receptionist and the secretary for all there help and understanding yesterday, it was very much appreciated. Thank you all very much
There time keeping is absoutly appalling. They never stick to the appoinment times worse doctor ever!!
