Had a voucher for a free MOT, the booking process was very easy and quick, with an appointment to suit me. On arrival the booking in was quick, and the Manager was friendly, helpful and efficient. There was a problem which needed sorting, but the manager was again helpful, and the car passed the mot after a re test a couple of days later.I was so impressed I have booked my car in for a full service , the prices being competitive, and I have confidence in the Managers ability to perform a good service.
Excellent. First time there and felt at ease. Went in for MOT and service. After the car failed first time discussed the options and felt like they had my best interests. Will be back there again next year for MOT and hopefully not before. But if i do need something to be looked at i will go there before next MOT.
