Well considering the work was carried out through the insurance company to choose cars of Kidderminster it wouldn't of been my choice. 1) There is overspray and masking tape left around the rear window. And where they have removed masking tape it's peeled the paint.2) There is heavy wind noise coming from the new doors they have replaced. Plus one of the doors doesn't look like it fits right.3) There is cutting/grinding marks on the rear quarter where they have joined the panels together. And not only that but there is porosity in the weld that they have done to join them.I can understand mistakes can happen but this is really poor. It seems they have rushed the job and not taken there time and patience to get it right. My partner noticed mistakes they had made when they delivered the vehicle but they just said if you have a problem call your insurance to sort it out.And I haven't finished looking over the work yet!(Edit) Found out why there's wind noise it's because the door sits too low (not fitted properly) so the rubber seals don't seal correctly.
It's really something to shout about (having had terrible repair experiences in the past) when your car is quickly repaired, along with a high level of service after an accident. Couldn't be happier with the work, and with the bonus of having a sparkling car on its return! Thank you!
