My husband Adrian has Primary Progressive Multiple Schlerosis and is in a wheelchair.The time had come when he can not get into our car safely, so made the big decision to buy a Wheelchair Accessable Vehicle.He phoned up FMC Car Sales last Friday after seeing a lovely Volkswagen Caddy for sale.A nice helpful man called Andy said he would rang back on the Monday to discuss someone bringing it to Norfolk for a look over it and a test drive with no obligation to buy.We got the call Monday to say James would be driving it down on the Wednesday which was yesterday...he arrived and was so nice and helpful and such a cheery man and took us out in it and explained everything to us...we had a lovely time with him and Adrian bought the Caddy.We have now been out in it a few times and it is wonderful as Adrian can just ride in up to the passenger area and be strapped up and off we go...even our dog Mouse loves the vehicle as loads of room for her having a proper bed in the back...all of us totally happy now.Nothing negative can be said about our experience and can recommend this company and the wonderful staff...because to be disabled is awful but to be disabled and not able to get to a showroom and look about is so upsetting..but to have a company come out with a vehicle you have only seen online on photos...this is amazing and a life changer for us.So a huge thank you to FMC Cars and their team and thank goodness for people like these.Warmest regardsHelen and Adrian Hicks and little Mouse
Took delivery of our first WAV 10 days ago. Absolutely delighted!! Very helpful and knowledgable staff, not at all pushy. Great selection of quality cars very competitively priced. Travelled from Southampton , well worth the trip. Delivered to our door a week later.Very satisfied customers. Thanks for all your help.
