Do not use!I part exchanged a van with these and bought a car from them that had supposedly passed an official MOT with no advisories. I then noticed three illegal tyres - two showing to the thread. I then put the car through an MOT independently and it failed along with a list of advisories. They are refusing to pay for the tyres and are refusing to take the car back despite my consumer rights. I was also bullied into accepting a reduced amount on the invoice they gave me, stating that I bought the car for 1400 when in actual fact I bought it for 1800. Ive now got a huge headache in taking this the legal route so be vary wary is my only advice. Also, they claim to be trading under Cars4u (Worcestershire) Ltd at 60 Mill St DY10 1QA but no record of this is on companies house.

Getting a car for my mother, (in her 80's) was not something I was looking forward to. However.... She kept mentioning Fiat 500's having looked at a few I found one at Cars4u. The car was excellent and everyone there was helpful and looked after us making the whole experience a pleasure. Brought a fiat qubo from Andy could not have been nicer, phoned in the morning about car after talking to Andy was told he would mot car the same day phoned me at lunchtime to say car was ready had to travel from Dorset to pick car up so it was after hours but Andy said dont worry just give me a ring and I will meet you did not get their till 7pm made to feel very welcomed the car had been cleaned and was showroom condition Andy tax car for me as well If I had to buy a car again I will definitely be back Thanks Andy from Daren & Tina
