Very helpful staff, shop is well organised and always look after us when we need new shoes for my daughter. They are not pushy and don't lead you to buy the most expensive and if they think the shoes are not suitable they say even if it may lose them a potential sale. Would not go anywhere else for school shoes.
Helpful staff who have been working there many years. Knew what I wanted and left with decent pair of clarks shoes that not even the clarks shop in merry hill had in stock!
