I arrived a tad apprehensive for a biopsy. However the experience was exceptional. The building is very pleasant and the staff just brilliant. I was put at ease at reception, and during the explanation of the upcoming procedure. The biopsy was conducted in a relaxed and painless manner by a doctor and nurse who could not be faulted. A cup of coffee and a pack of biscuits was provided as i waited in the recovery suite. This was a fabulous visit for what could have been a very unpleasant experience . Well done everyone . Thank you , thank you, thank you.

From the moment we arrived and greated by two very friendly reception staff Jackie and muriel we went to level 1. Here again treated by friendly staff that explained very clearly the procedures they were doing. I know the N. H. S gets bad publicity from time to time, but our whole experience was fantastic, ( except the treatment) he he.
This is the second time I have been with my wife here. Both times she was treated with respect and dignity. The staff show care and compassion. We didn't wait too long to be seen either
