I recently asked the assistant to cut me a metre of oil cloth which is sold on a roll. She didnt use a straight edge to cut it and when I got home I noticed it was completely uneven and not suitable for what I wanted to use it for. I took it back to shop in Kidderminster and the lady on customer service agreed it was very uneven. She called the supervisor who was completely miserable and rather curt. She said she would cut another piece but refused to put the roll on the cutting table as not policy! She said she couldnt guarantee the next one would be any straighter. I asked for money back which clearly annoyed her as obvious by her face and body language. Not sure why its too difficult to cut a metre of fabric straight when you have the equipment in store. Obviously very lazy staff. Will not visit again.
Large store with huge range of different products to choose from. Everything from home wares food, garden stuff, furniture, clothing, soft furnishings. Great prices, great selection of products all in one place. Free parking on busy retail park featuring many other retail stores. Free to use clean public toilets.
Big store. Spacious even when busy. Shelves tidy and generally well organised. Good range of most things for home garden and craft section in particular has massive variety at keen prices. Helpful staff.
Rug shopping. It's a huge place. Lots of choice. Browsed a bit then had coffee upstairs. Got a nice rug and some bed linen. Nice experience. Great parking x
Great range (ha ha) of products all reasonably priced. Staff friendly and efficient. Big car park but it's full at popular times.
