They are very old fashioned. However, that only means that you get polite friendly and well informed service. They don't try to sell you what they have on the floor but take time to talk about what you need and offer you a solution that maybe a hybrid using their wide knowledge of the business. I came away paying a good bit less than the solution I first thought filled the bill.

Michael was an accomadating and helpful salesman, giving my wife & I the chance to sample several mattresses, when we decided upon the item we liked, a discounted price was offered and accepted on the spot, 5 weeks delivery time for our choice of textile finish to match our bedroom decor was adequate, enabling us to prepare the room in anticipation of delivery. Pleasing experience all round.
