Lost count of the amount of times Ive been here. The best place in town to get the latest releases for video game software and hardware. The staff here are friendly and very helpful and will happily chat to you about games new and old. Usually do midnight launches for the biggest games.
Nice place that always looks tidy and has a wide variety of stuff on display. Friendly and charming staff are always on hand to offer great assistance if you need it or just leave you to your own enquiries if that's what you'd prefer, and also don't mind if you just pop in for a browse and a chat as they often can let you know about cool game releases or stuff going in the industry you might not know about.Prices are also really competitive now and they occasionally have flash sales on popular titles which brings them way down in price.Overall a fantastic shop which is usually my first port of call for my gaming needs

Game sold me a dodgy phone, The phone kept restarting and bettery drained fast. Went to the game shop in Kidderminster. Refused to look at it and said that the 12 month warranty doesn't cover battery or internals. Spoke to head office and customer service, they claim they cant override the shops decision. Avoid at all costs. Dodgy products, not covered by warranty.
