The 5 stars are for Lucie, who managed to sort a Fast Track error with my order. Her professional manner and customer service was second to none. I only hope Argos get their act together with the busy Christmas period coming. Well done Lucie, keep up the good work.

Don't like it now they switched site..May be more convenient for some, but I'm not keen
Stole a click and collect parcel despite it being tracked directly to store, never logged on their systems to enable pickup (and staff seemed confused how to deal with identifying the parcel). Escalated to Argos Head Office email, who appear to be doing nothing to resolve the on-site theft by colleagues.
