Clean and pleasant set up. Young staff very polite and helpful. Manager (I presume) walking round in long coat could do with few lessons in customer service and smile once in a while. Cheer up you've got a nice place.

We had a really good time bowling last night. A couple of teething issues on the lanes but they were very quickly fixed and even given a complimentry game. Bar area really nice. We will definitely go back. Just what Kidderminster needed.
