Very helpful, efficient and professional. Definitely recommend
Richard has always been polite, helpful , efficient and goes out of his way to look after my business . I would recommend him highly . He is very approachable and always make time for me. Ele
I agree with the last review on here. They are very difficult to talk to, and trying to get a comprehensive reply to queries is hard. Just a couple of words in an email which did not answer my query. They didn't have time to look back at previous years accounts to inform me how some of his figures had broken down in relation to adjustments.
Richard's lack of attention cost me 10,000 in lost revenue over the last financial year!Richard was recommended to me by a friend who's only just started using his accounting services. Regrettably I now realise I should have spoken to other clients before hiring his services. For 2 years as his client he did not make the time to meet me in person. Although he did answer my emails, his responses were typically 5 words or shorter. He advised me not to register for VAT, and as a result this cost me 9,900 in lost revenue in a single year! My new account explained that by registering for VAT under the flat rate scheme I could have claimed back made 9% on every invoice! Richard was too busy with other clients to take 5 mins to review my fast-growing business, and I've lost out big time as a result. When I brought this to his attention he showed no concern and offered no apology. My advice, look elsewhere for an account who actually values your business!
